Thank you for the wonderful service of your carpet cleaning man (Andrew) who did improvements to my place by folding up my step ladder (which I didn't know had that function) and put the mirror next to it against the wall which was a better place as I have limited space. Next, he put plastic under my couch legs and also lifted a metal chair onto polystyrene blocks so as not to damage the carpets. The carpets came up well and I was very pleased overall.
