Got our 7 year old carpet stretched by them recently. Overall it was a mixed bag experience. The owner Luke is a very pleasant and accommodating person. However, the tradespeople working with him possibly are of various different caliber. So I guess it's your luck who you get to do your job. The first person in our case did not complete the job properly that resulted in two very ugly cuts becoming visible in a prominent area of the house, and an old joint getting raised in another part of the house making it very visible. Luke at this stage was receptive to my concerns and personally reviewed the work and then sent another trades person to rectify the visible cuts in the carpet. This person was more proficient and managed to cover up these cuts to a large extent, but not completely as the first error was too prominent and big (before and after photos of second remedial repair work attached). There was no remedy for the long raised joint line in our bedroom. That looks bad, but they presumably cannot rectify it. What the quote mentioned and what actually was done differed in our case. From this experience I learnt that clarifying things at the outset with what is on quote is essential. So what we got at the end is a compromised outcome. As soon as you raised your concerns, I made it a priority to come out, assess the situation myself, and arrange for one of our more senior technicians to return and improve the result as much as practically possible. With carpet repairs and restretching — particularly on older carpet — there are unfortunately limitations around what can be achieved. That said, I do believe we significantly improved the appearance from where it started. In terms of the scope, we always aim to be as clear as possible in our quoting, but I take your point on board and will continue refining how we communicate inclusions to avoid any ambiguity upfront. I completely understand that the final result didn’t meet your expectations in full, and I respect your perspective. From my side, I’m confident we responded promptly, took ownership, and did everything reasonably possible to rectify the situation. Thanks again for your work and your feedback. Luke

Simply googled for carpet repairs and the team on their website looked nice. Was super easy to pop in the query and we had a call out pretty soon after. Kieran was great and quick, good advice. Our carpet stops at the dining room and in a high traffic area, and was starting to come away from the bar. These guys are amazing!!! Truly the carpet in one room was so bad i thought it would have to be replaced. Due to a dirty flatmate. To my surprise they saved it. The poor guy worked so hard on it.
