Very quick response with the enquiry. Debbie from the Admin team was very easy to deal with and streamlined the entire process. Quality of work was great, and even provided photos before and after. Originally we had someone supposed to come in on Wednesday, but they had caught COVID, and instead of booking for another week, they came in on Thursday in the late afternoon and got the work done. Greatly appreciate it! Reply: We are really pleased we were able to get there as soon as possible for you Max. We try our best not to move appointments around, however in this Covid environment, sometimes it is simply unavoidable. Have used Carpet Repairs previously so knew exactly where to go when I needed a carpet stretched. Company called to ask if appointment could be bought forward. That didn't work as well as it could have due to traffic but wasn't a major. A technician who is doing an apprenticeship did an amazing job. Very nice pleasant respectful person who did an amazing job. Perfection achieved within quoted price. Very very happy with result. Please ensure Saynt is aware of this review.
