Pat was very knowledgeable and thought things through and came up with options I did not consider. Adam and team were very polite and they cleaned up after them. They took a little longer than planned, but I had no issues as the workmanship was unfault-able. My only suggestion would be for Adam and team to check in with customer before they finish to let the customer know what the plans are and when they target to complete. I will most definitely use them again

We given Jap Civil 5 stars because they have consistently delivered well above our expectation on what they said they would do with some extras thrown in within the quote agreed so that the new lawn and concrete areas looked defined & cosmetically good. Also communication was great. To their credit, when some rain got into the unset concrete path, their review process was excellent. They redid the path to their own cost.Definately very Happy with the result, price competitive, highly recommend.
