Ben was great to work with and even came out after hours when we told him the heater still wasn't working. While there were further problems with the heater after the job was completed, we are satisfied that these issues had nothing to do with Ben or his workmanship, but more likely to do with the overall age and condition of the heater. He had also warned us that the heater was old and could be difficult to get parts for, but we chose to take the risk and go ahead with trying to fix it.
