We were very pleased with the work undertaken. However 9 months after installation of the fence and gate there is an issue with the gate closing/opening unexpectedly. This Guy will now not return my phone calls nor my emails. The motor box should be under warranty however I cannot find out who to contact for the warranty. Very unhappy at the present time. If he contacts me I will amend this message.

Engaged Tizane Wakeling early 2018 for fencing work at a property, and decided to engage his company "Keep On Fencing" later in 2018 to complete the work with updated quote. We paid 50% deposit. However after completing less than half the work, Tizane appeared to have abandoned the job. He has not responded to emails, calls or SMS regularly. At one time, promised to return the deposit but email is now bouncing and does not respond to calls (despite it ringing).

We were very happy with the job completed by Tizane until Palings started to fall off!! One of the palings landed on the neighbours driveway with the nails sticking out (sharp edge upwards) which is a major Health and Safety issue, especially for my neighbours kids. Tried to call Tizane multiple times, left voicemails with no response. Happy to review the feedback if the Tradie come back to us and fix the issue.

Tizane, replied promptly provided great advice and a good quote. But has not shown up to do the job, and has not made contact with us for 6 days, despite my numerous emails, txts and calls. I hope all is well with him and his family. But I need to move on to find someone to do this job. Very disappointed it did not work out as we had expected.
