Refused to come and quote the job. I told him it was big. Got to the site and realized it was bigger than he thought. Still wouldn't give a quote. Flippantly said around $7k. Asked to take a piece of wood from the job to make himself a table. No offer of payment. The bill came in over $11k. Expected payment within 7 days. Payment was coming from overseas and due to, I would say, exchange rates, was $50 short. Now is taking me to disputes tribunal to recover his $50 short payment. :(

Daniel had a look at the leak, and pointed out it could take a while to find the leak, he advised that the iron sheeting had been taken off and the sheets were not replaced correctly. (Upside down). In the interim, I have sources a roofer to take a look. Thanks Daniel.
