Job turned out to be very expensive for the hours involved. I'm feeling ripped off and husband certainly not happy. Quality ok and Mark did suggest an alternative treatment that gave a nice result. I wasn't able to get hold of Mark when he left the job on the first day. This was inconvenient as I had take the day off work. If I had known he wasn't returning on the first day I could have gone back into work.

installing a garage side door .Mark was friendly ,helpful and obliging but as for the workmanship it was sadly a let down, The finishing was poor and the wrong materials used. He used internal ply on the outside of garage hence the .d blown out. Mark had explained the costs from the quote of $600 had blown out to $900 because external ply etc and time had exceeded his expectations.Mark hasn't responded to my messages.Have to get someone to rectify this Photos to come.

Not recommend this tradesperson Mark Shannon. Initially quoted the work takes 2 days,but after paid him $1713 (whole job $2750)for material he left the job unfinished and not returning. After talk to professional builder, found out the real reason for him to leave the job is the quality of Mark’s work was too low ,the parts are not putting together: cracks found in panels ; unlevelled hinges ; holes on ceiling; metal tracks stick out ( in fact he used the wrong track and ceiling wood) etc.
