Laundry: internal wall building, stair removal and installing new laundry tub

Darell never finished the job he came to do. He had a family matter to take care of, and promised me he'll come back and finish the job "next week". Three months later, and he never came, and never called back despite my numerous emails, text and phone messages. Finally, it is very disappointing and especially because I payed half of the agreed sum. Highly unprofessional.

Small renovation

Job was half done and didn't come back. Darrel said he will come back and finish, but then later on said to me he couldn't finish it. Before the job started, we agreed on 50% deposit and balance to be paid when job is completed. But half way through job. Darrell kept on asking for money. I agreed to pay him another 25% if he turns up. But he never did. So I had to get someone else to finish the job. The framing he built was not lined up with the existing framing. So looks very bad after gibbing

Bathroom Renovation

Was eager to start with, came to the house and looked at the job but then failed to deliver a quote. I followed up a couple of times and he said it was on its way but never arrived.

really nice guy, but a bit slow on the quotes, still waiting for the details... sadly, I have to add that after posting the very mild feedback seen here, the tradie contacted me in an abusive manner, complaining about the "bad" feedback, unacceptable. I was am also amazed to see his assertion in his reply that I asked him to lie on the quote, I was very clear with him that only necessary repairs that were compliant with wins rules could go on the quote. on the whole, this is very disappointing.
