Laundry: internal wall building, stair removal and installing new laundry tub

Darell never finished the job he came to do. He had a family matter to take care of, and promised me he'll come back and finish the job "next week". Three months later, and he never came, and never called back despite my numerous emails, text and phone messages. Finally, it is very disappointing and especially because I payed half of the agreed sum. Highly unprofessional.

Small renovation

Job was half done and didn't come back. Darrel said he will come back and finish, but then later on said to me he couldn't finish it. Before the job started, we agreed on 50% deposit and balance to be paid when job is completed. But half way through job. Darrell kept on asking for money. I agreed to pay him another 25% if he turns up. But he never did. So I had to get someone else to finish the job. The framing he built was not lined up with the existing framing. So looks very bad after gibbing
