Len Came to Fix the roof.He said it will cost --- agreed and paid all in 2 payments down apyment and on completion.When he said it was complete I paid him the balance. with assurance all done. He asured me the work is guarnateed and will have full warrantiey that it will not leak again. on the next rain, it was leaking again, on contacting him, he never answered my calls and did not write me report to the insurance and did not provide me with Reciept of payments Despite many emails he never

Outdoor deck roof waterproof/seal

Took this tradesperson a few months to turn up and when he did in the weekend worked for no more than 15 minutes, did not complete the job and asked for full funds upfront and in cash. This was not agreed beforehand and neither did he mention this in his communications. I gave him full cash upfront and asked him to give an invoice copy for record and note on the invoice that he would come back to finish the job. It has now been over a month and has not returned a single call, text or email.

Ceiling Tile Replacement

Job was not finished even though payment was made. Sent multiple emails requesting job to be finished and for some additional work to be done that they had quoted. All it would have taken was some communication advising the job could not been completed and the reason why. Very disappointing.
