A geotech and plans job for relocatable house. On feb 15 Mark said it would take about three weeks. I spent the next four months hearing it was almost done. The job went way over time and caused stress. Plans were not completed until mid June. When the house went on site there was an error with subfloor design. Mark hadn't allowed for the obvious slope of the section. I waited three weeks for him to correct plans. I ended up paying someone else.

MBR Construction are Absolutely Fantastic Value for money and provide an really professional service at an unbeatable price, I had quotes as high as $2900.00 and MBR did it for $750.00 and the report was extremely thorough and breezed through the Consent process with Kawerau Council. If you need any Geotech work done MBR Construction is the company you need to do it, can't recommend them enough!!! Thanks MBR Construction it was a pleasure working with you and keep up the Fantastic work!!!
