Darrell was very responsive initially but a job that was quoted to take 3 weeks ended up not being completed after 6 months. Darrell had numerous family tragedies and was ill himself. We were sympathetic to this but there was very poor contact and communication and promised dates did not eventuate. The work was poorly done and almost all of it ended up being redone. We negotiated that Darrell would refund the scaffolding but to date that has not happened.

Darrell Wilson decorating is the worst tradesman i have had to deal with, he has taken our money and not completed the job he refuses to answer any calls or messages, he is a con-man and people should be warned not to use him. he has left my house ripped bare, floors taken out wallpaper removed. He claims to have bought all the fittings for my bathroom and kitchen and has paid the tiler and plumber yet for 5 months we have been trying to get Darrell Wilson to finish the job he was paid to do.

Absolutely blown away with Darrell and his team. They worked on my house at any opportunity that the weather would allow. The workmanship was to a very high standard. I had guidance with colours and Darrell was very careful not to suggest colours but rather encourage me to pick colours that I liked and would provide thoughtful advice about ratio of colours selected etc. Was pleased with the communication before commencing and during paint work particularly when anything out of character arose.
