We were very very satisfied with Grid Construction. The work involved replacement of a bedrom and corridor floor because of past borer damage. As with any work of this nature in an old house it is difficult to accurately estimate on first sight the extent of the work required. Callum and Ben communicated well with us and explained the work required. This came as no surprise to us as we have replaced flooring before and the initial damage usually indicates a wider problem.
