The job took much longer than the 6 wks expected. It was started on 1st May and was finished on 22nd August. We did have a ceiling renewed in the lounge as well but this didn't take long as we did some of the work ourselves. Alex started off communicating well when he started the job, but as time went on he didn't turn up when he said he would and either didn't answer texts and emails or was slow to answer. Some corrections to workmanship were needed.
