Hi my name is Geoff.
I am a Licensed Building Practitioner and have been building and project managing for more than 35 years. We specialise in renovations and alterations and take great pride in completing projects to the highest standard, on time and to your satisfaction, whether it be a small alteration, larger project or project management.
We are a family business - currently we are a team of 2 - myself and my son Luke who is also a qualified builder. We complete all work onsite ourselves so you can rest assured we will provide a top-quality result for you.
In addition to our building services, I also run an inspection side of the company where I provide quality control inspections for new builds or alterations and pre-purchase inspections.

Addition and complete renovation of character cottage
Addition and total renovation of a run down character cottage, adding an extra bedroom, bathroom, decking, doors, as well as complete interior renovation including new kitchen and bathrooms. This was an opportunity to be creative and design the addition and renovation myself. These photos show before, during and completed result.
House Renovation
This house was completely renovated with new kitchen, bathroom, repainted and recarpeted. We also added french doors and a new deck off a bedroom.
