Everything went very smoothly. The quote was very detailed and specific which gave me confidence to proceed with JJ Maintenance solutions. My bathroom had major water damage problems because of internal guttering leaking. JJ had to do a lot of extra work which he discussed with me and made recommendations which I very much appreciated. My bathroom used to be the worst room in the house is now the best room in the house. Thank you . Would highly recommend to everyone.

They are hardworking and very skilled team. Completed the job on time and on budget. The communication was open and timely - informed me of the progress and willing to discuss when choices to make. Mr. Cha always tried to accommodate our requests and give us the best suggestions. Basically their work went above and beyond my expectation. The cost was very competitive.
