Couple of small delays at the start. Scaffolding required then subcontractors unable to do the work when planned due to illness. Owner Andrew, promptly came to do the job. It was only a small job but Develop Renovations kept me well informed of progress

Fix and repair leaking window

What started as a straightforward job turned in to a 4 month long saga and it is still not resolved. They said that the situation was due to circumstances beyond their control, but what was in their control was their communication. We had subcontractors turning up with no notice, were not told about delays, were not provided cost updates despite asking multiple times & the work that ended up being done was done without our agreement. We are not happy and will never use them again.

Replace flashing, repair or replace water damaged gib, skirting, moulding

Unfortunately the company charged me for hours the contractor did not work. In the end I just paid because it was easier than fighting it. After I paid I received the contractors timesheet and saw I was being charged for days where one of the contractors was not even on site. I do not recommend this company because of this dishonest behaviour.
