Lawn Revamp

Very disappointed. The lawn is not at the standard expected.very patchy and Weeds are 95%. Have been waiting since December for lawn to be redone but still waiting and now messages go unanswered. I'm looking into taking this matter further as I am sick of waiting with no communication.
