New driveway

Concrete driveeway

Elitecrete finished my driveway, despite clear instructions to contain the waterflow from the driveway, the water is flowing off the concrete they laid down a steep clay bank, eroding the bank. I also found an area where they covered a mowing strip with about 10mm of concrete (instead of the standard 100mm) and left a large hole in the mowing strip with dirt showing through? I showed Elitecrete these issues before I paid them and they promised to come back and fix them. THEY HAVEN'T!

I made contact with this tradie and organised a time for Saturday --- at 10.00am. I phoned at 10.30 to see where he was. First of all he "couldn't remember talking to me and arranging the time" and then said he had forgotten !! I am not impressed with his attitude and can only presume that he could "forget" to do my job. I have dropped him. Thank you Sheryl Morrison
