Rangi did a poor job, explained what had gone wrong (wrong concrete), suggested how to fix the problem (including a discount) and then disappeared and never got in contact again leaving us with a crumbling drive way. We have now launched an appeal with the Small Disputes Tribunal as Rangi continues not to communicate with us. Frustrating experience and definitely can't recommend.
