James was recommended to us by our kitchen installer, to do a splashback. James proved to be adaptable as the kitchen scope for tiling changed after was quoted, and he worked in with the kitchen installers. James is amazing at what he does, from quick quotes, explaining what he's doing and actual tile laying. We had a kitchen renovation, which was dragging a little, had to push them to finish. They walked out as James came in. Right from the start he explained everything and I left him to it. Super quick and very professional and the results are amazing, he has even organised a carpet layer to tidy up where the carpet and tiles meet. What can i say, James is amazing! Great communication, very knowledgeable, definitely thinks outside the box when it comes to tricky jobs, like the one I hired him for. I wasn’t home when he did the work, and when I got home there was no evidence that he’d been there. No mess/rubbish left behind like tradies I’ve hired in the past.
