I own a townhouse which forms part of a body corporate (BC 76130). The address is 259 The Terrace, Te Aro Wellington 6011. In collaboration with the BC and am seeking a quote for remedial work to stop water seeping in through the concrete wall and ceiling junction of my laundry alcove which is directly beneath the external concrete stairs that allows access to the various apartments in behind. A temporary repair has been undertaken historically however it is poorly executed and has failed to stop moisture from entering my unit.
