Internal Gutter Maintenance

Two story townhouse. metal tiled roofing with Internal Gutter. Maintenance issue on Internal Gutter, which as had small repair. Need to review and possibly do upgrade of Internal Gutter, possibly Equus system. Some deterioration also on two gullies identified by Edwards and Hardy photograph, possible painting required.
