Water pooling on balcony

Water is pooling on my balcony. I anticipate the cause of the water pooling is that the balcony slope is insufficient. I am hoping there is a tradie who could assist by (1) confirming my diagnosis and (2) fixing the slope and ensuring the waterproofing remains intact.
