Leak!! Water getting in from roof and seeping through an internal window frame.

When it rains, we have water getting in from the roof somehow. The water is seeping out through the bottom of an internal bathroom window frame, and dribbles down the wall. It is beginning to cause some damage. We are intending to renovate in a few years, so any work done would just be a quick fix, until we are ready for more extensive work down the track.
