Leak somewhere in our kitchen causing water seepage from mains socket

We've had problems during extremely heavy rain with water seeping out of some of the sockets in our kitchen. We're not sure where it's getting in - the socket in question is next to a window frame, but we've not noticed any other leakage in the area. It's always in one particular place.
