Watertightness check from exterior to interior

Details: high moisture fluctuations. minor damage confirms moisture ingress. includes deck junction and meter box penetration . Meter box is hit by the rain which appears to be pouring from the deck joinery above that doesn't look like it is draining through the down pipe when raining. Box is poorly sealed. Weather plugs not sealed and/or not fitted properly. Potential internal moisture and want to have inspected and repair. Building inspection report with photos can be provided for areas of work. To have done soon as winter months coming ahead.
