Wall Fix and Leak repair

The garage under my house was hit by a car and broke the cladding and exposed the timber underneath. This was looking like it had been rotten for a long time, so the insurance company paid a sum out to cover the fix to the actual broken cladding, but not any underlying leakage that caused the rotting timber in the first place. I would like the repair to the garage to be completed, but also the subsequent extended timbers replaced and the balcony which is above the garage (the probable source of the leak) checked and fixed if required. The textured paint finish does not need to be quoted, as I have a specialist who can do that, but they are too busy to do the actual repair part. As this involves more than just what the photos show, I am aware that there could be more undiscovered problems to fix.

I am very pleased with Felix's team's work. They came during Easter to start the job as well! They had innovative solutions to re-plastering the exterior, and did enough investigation to find and fix the original leak. I would certainly re-employee Jaboon builders in other jobs around the house.
