Leak in kitchen ceiling

During the heavy rain we’ve discovered a leak into our kitchen and that started dripping water through the light fitting in the kitchen ceiling. At the same time one of the fuses for part of our houses’ lighting has gone out as well, which we’re guessing is all connected! We need to find and stop the leak and then we can find an electrician for the lighting issue.
