Bathroom floor replacement and Bath reinstatement

The first in an ensuite had a leak in the shower and needs to have the skirting boards either side of the shower replaced and a new shower (base at least installed). The second is a main bathroom where water leaked over the the side of the bath and has rotted the floor. The bath needs to be removed, vinyl pulled up in bathroom, hallway at least to repair the floor. Then the bath needs to be built back in. It is a spa bath. The same vinyl is in the kitchen and laundry so would consider if it is worth replacing in all rooms so it is the same (not currently). Ideally would like work completed May/June
