On our second story, we have a small inset balcony (as in, it sits on top of the ground storey rather than projecting out). The floor surface is timber, not sure what's underneath that. Access is via a ranch slider. When there is a wet and strong southerly, there's a small leak through the ceiling below. We're not sure if the leak is coming from the balcony itself, or through the ranchslider. We need help identifying and fixing this leak.
