Re-seal waterproofing shower/bath combo

Our waterproofing panels for the shower/bath are breaking down, particularly between the shower wall and bath join. They are no longer fully sealed so we would like it repanelled, aren't too fussy on the material used to do so as long as it will last and provide a decent seal. Also would be a good time to update the taps, showerhead and mixer which we can purchase prior. Would like it done asap, can work from home during the week as required.
