1. Find where water is getting in and apply appropriate fix to stop any water getting in in future. Water is running down an internal wall after heavy rain. 2. Repair/Replace any framing that might have rotted. 3. Replace any water damaged jib and skirting board. 4. Replace french door (both sides) 5. Erect rain awning above new door

Overall a good job. It would have been better if the fix was more permanent along the concrete slab i.e. less reliance on sealant. Nic was great to deal with, work got done in a timely and professional manner.
