Need a builder to weathertight our stairs and replace rotten weatherboards

Hi, we have a few things we need quoted by a builder on our home. Our stairs on our front and back door are leaking and need to be totally resurfaced and sealed up so they don’t leak internally. We also have a few rotten weatherboards and a rotten bit at the bottom of our French door that needs looking at. I have attached photos for reference.
