McAlpine waterproof & drainage issues

Hi there, we got water leaking in the bedroom in different places during heavy rainy days. There are no pipes surrounding the room. The roof is new. We are not sure where the sources of the leaks are. The water leaks in from the outside. The floor is concrete with minor cracks in it. We wonder if waterproofing the concrete floor might prevent water from leaking into the room. The size of the room is about 25-30 square metres. Therefore, we are looking for someone with experience in solving such problems. It would be great if the drain issue could be fixed as well.
