Fix leaking window edges/seals

The windows of my first floor lounge and kitchen and leak during heavy rain and wind. The putty needs to be replaced on the outside bottom of each window. x1 large window, x1 medium window and x4 small windows. I can provide portable scaffolding to reduce my costs.
