Waterproof membrane over metal flashing

Existing large metal flashing has started to leak - it’s approx 6m x 1m. There are a few rust spots that will require sanding/wire brushing then rust treated before membrane application. It’s a non trafficable area so open to any suitable type of liquid applied membrane. Easy, safe access. No scaff required. Free parking right beside flashing. Urgent job so please only follow if you have capacity to do this job in the near future. Cheers, Jon
