Resealing around External Windows & Doors

We’re in the process of selling our house & have had some issue come up in the builders report regarding high moisture content around a couple of our windows & doors. We’ve had a second opinion from a local builder who suggested that the windows & doors need to be resealed to stop water getting in. We also need to have a rotting weatherboard replaced. So looking for a Qualified builder who can come and give us a quote to provide to the prospective buyers & then look at getting the work done. As the house is conditionally under offer, we need the quote by 5 October, and then ideally want to get the remedial work done pre-settlement (though if this is not possible, at least a quote would be helpful).
