With that southerly the other day the flat part of my roof started leaking into my bedroom. I think it needs replacing (worst case). It's a tricky spot to see from the ground as have a 2 story house but hope someone can give advice and a quote when they meet with me. New guttering also required in one corner while you are up there!!
