Assess and repair leaking - window frames and ceiling coving

Looking for help to assess where a leak is coming from in our downstairs bedroom. Evidence of water damage since recent repainting. Ceiling coving and window frames are where we can see the water damage but not clear where the water ingress is. May require work externally (weatherboard siding).
