I have an extension that was added onto our house that was made by one of the previous owners (probably about 10+ years ago). Due to all of the heavy rain we have had this year we started to get a small leak in the roof. It's not major right now but it has started to stain the roof with some water damage and we get the occasional drip of water. This started happening about 2 month ago and I was in touch with another roofing company but with a mix of factors like covid and the bad weather in wellington, we haven't managed to find a time for them to come over and check it out. It has started to get a little worse this week as the water is dripping more consistently (but still not a lot. Ideally I would like someone to come around and have a look at it before it gets worse. I also don't want to paint over the water damage just yet as it will help you identify where the issue might be. The other issue is that this part of the house has about a 2 story drop so I really want a professional to go up onto the roof who knows how to stay save.
