Wooden window frame sealing

Large window with small panes has some tired seals that need replacing as they've started to leak in heavy weather. Total of 45 individual panes to reseal/caulk. Total window measurements: 172cm high 350cm wide 60cm wide sashes I can remove the existing sealant but need a skilled caulker/sealer to replace the seals in a weatherproof manner.
