Outdoor workshop roof waterproofing

Hi there, We need to weatherproof the roof in our workshop. It seems that the issue is only present at one end (End closest to brick wall). We are unsure what is involved, possibly re-cladding the inside will also be required, but need someone to come and have a look and tell us what's involved regarding the roof. No special details or conditions, all stuff inside the workshop can be removed for the work, plenty of access all the way around the workshop. Many thanks
