Draughty door frame #2

An external door from the master bedroom has a large gap at the top, from where the house has settled. This gap gets wider as it moves away from the hinge side. The sides of the door are both reasonably flush against the frame and the bottom edge isn't as misaligned as the top. The door lock also doesn't quite line up. We also have another door in the same position on the floor above with the same issue, though not as severe.
