Waterproofing a leaking concrete wall

An external concrete wall is leaking (very slowly). Access to the outside of the wall is not possible as it's underground. I understand applying a product such as Xypex crystaline waterproofing or similar would solve the problem. Looking for a tradie to stop the leak!
