Chimney leak and guttering tidy up.

Identify a hard to spot chimney leak which drips from time to time, and tidy up some guttering which overflows in heavy rain. It leaks from one screw in the ceiling cap, but I can't for the life of me track it to where it is coming from. Perhaps a rivet in the chimney?!
