Bathroom tiling and vanity repair

Bathroom tiling is leaking, partly due to poor design and partly due to leaking toilet (now fixed). I believe there is new tiling required, the shower glass bottom edge needs sealing, and a bathroom vanity end timber piece needs replacing. The rotting was caused by the shower glass dry side edge not being sealed, and water flowed in a capillary action to the customwood skirting behind the toilet, which has then soaked over time into the Jarrah timber end piece. I hope the photos provide enough detail.
