Kitchen window leak repair or flashing

We have a large, sloping window in the ceiling of our kitchen. There is a leak which is causing plaster to crack above one side of the window. I think that the flashing above the window glass need to be extended to prevent this leakage. Possibly the seal around the window needs checking? Not urgent but important given all the rain we’re having.
