Roof leak repair

Need the internal roof in a bedroom repaired (approx 1 metre sq). Has a leak through a small hole and some water bubbling in the paint. Not a constant leak during rain - only occasional and in very short spurts. Preferably fixed before Christmas but at the latest need to be repaired by mid January.
