Meter Box flashing and weatherboard leaks

We've got a 1930s home with a meter box directly fixed through the weatherboard cladding, but the box hasn't been installed with proper flashing and is not weathertight. We need someone to fit proper cladding to make the meter box sound. There's also evidence of other water ingress elsewhere in the weatherboard, so we'd like to track that down and get it sorted too.
