Bathroom reno, wet room - moving shower & toilet

I'm wanting to speak to a professional around a bathroom renovation wherein we wish to move/rearrange the toilet, sink and shower and turn the entire room into a wet room. I need a professional who can assist with WCC consent for this job as well. Please note the room is ~ 3.88 square metres.
